Absent batsmen

50 over Match
Team A bat first.scored 250 for 8(50 overs). Team B bat second,scored 236 for 8 in 46.1 overs.

The next two batsman did not come out to bat, because they were injured while fielding. Team B lost the match by 14 runs (Law 12.3b).
How are these two batsman were treated,"OUT" or "NOT OUT" ( they did not retire, just were absent because of injury).
How team B were treated - "ALL OUT" or not?

The match was, as the question says, won by side A, the margin of the win being 14 runs. They won because the innings of side B was completed because balls remained to be bowled and there was no further batsman available to come in (Law 12.3(b), as per the question).
For each of the injured players, as he did not come in to bat, his innings had not started so he could not be recorded as Out for any reason, nor could he be recorded as Not out, a term that applies to a batsman's innings that is not completed when his side's innings is terminated for one reason or another. As he cannot be either Out or Not out, he cannot be recorded as Retired. The only thing that can be recorded against his name is Did Not Bat, sometimes abbreviated to DNB or dnb.
In order to complete the record of the match, a scorer would, in a case like this, make a note of the reason for the player's not batting.

Team B are not All out, unless special regulations say so, they are to be recorded as 236 for 8, Innings completed.
